The annual HOA meeting will be held at the Clubhouse Grand Room on Saturday, October 10th at 6:00 PM. All residents are encouraged to attend and participate in community decisions. The agenda will include budget review, board elections, and proposed community improvements for 2027. Proxy voting forms are available at the management office.
Scheduled maintenance on dock sections A and B will take place September 22–24. Affected slip holders have been notified directly via email. Temporary tie-up space will be available at the guest dock during this period. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
The fitness center will receive a full equipment upgrade including new cardio machines, free weights, and a dedicated stretching studio. The center will be closed Monday–Wednesday, September 15–17 for installation. We expect the upgraded facility to open Thursday, September 18th.
We're thrilled to introduce Sophia Reyes as Mirabay's new Lifestyle Director. Sophia brings over a decade of resort programming experience from properties in Florida and the Carolinas. She will be hosting a meet-and-greet at the Clubhouse on September 20th from 4–6 PM. Please join us in welcoming her to the community.
As we enter the peak of hurricane season, please review your emergency preparedness plan. The management office has printed copies of the Mirabay Emergency Procedures Guide. Residents are reminded to secure outdoor furniture and watercraft when a watch or warning is issued. Emergency contact: (800) 555-1234.
The Phase 2 landscaping enhancement project along Bayside Drive and the main entrance has been completed. New native plantings, improved irrigation, and updated lighting have been installed. We thank residents for their patience during the 6-week project.
