Landscaping & Lawn Care
All lawns must be maintained in a neat, trimmed condition. Landscaping changes visible from the street require prior Architectural Review Committee (ARC) approval.
Parking
Vehicles must be parked in driveways or garages. Street parking is permitted for guests only. Commercial vehicles, boats, and RVs may not be stored in driveways overnight.
Exterior Modifications
Any modification to the exterior of your home — including paint color changes, additions, fences, and structures — requires ARC approval before work begins.
Trash & Recycling
Bins must be placed at the curb no earlier than the evening before collection and returned to storage by the end of collection day. Bins may not be visible from the street at other times.
Pets
Pets must be leashed in all common areas. Owners are responsible for immediately cleaning up after their pets. Excessive noise from pets is a violation of community rules.
Noise & Nuisance
Residents are expected to be considerate of neighbors. Loud music, parties, and other disturbances must cease by 10:00 PM on weekdays and 11:00 PM on weekends.
